About Faculty:

Advisor Improvement of QGS, K. N. Rai is a Lead Consultant for Process Improvement initiatives with over a decade of experience in Consulting and training for Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvement, Problem Solving and Management Systems.

He is a Metallurgical Engineer and has more than 45 years experience of working with reputed Industries including Kirloskar Oil Engines, Gedore Tools, Universal Electrics (Birla Brothers), etc. He retired from Swaraj Mazda Ltd., Manufacturers of Light Commercial Vehicle as Head (Quality Engineering) in the year 2002. During his tenure at Swaraj Mazda, he was closely associated with development of differential assembly, clutch assembly and brake systems, etc.
